I’ve just received notice from YouTube that one of the videos I’ve posted was removed due to copyright infringement. I just wanted to apologize and assure you that it was not my intention to harm Asphalt Tango Records or Fanfare Ciocarlia by publishing the mentioned video. As you may have noticed, it was a 1 minute mobile phone video-capture done on the street facing Teatro Aveirense where Fanfare Ciocarlia greeted the audience with one more encore, after the Sons Em Trânsito opening concert, November 28th. I’ve captured it and posted it online as a celebration of that amazing concert and I had no idea it would be considered copyright infringement. But I’m not interested in discussing the legal aspects, so I just wanted to say to all the relevant institutions (Asphalt Tango Records, Sons Em Trânsito and Teatro Aveirense) that I’m sorry.
Best regards and a special salutation to Fanfare Ciocarlia,
